Athlete of Month, Awards Dinner, Membership Drive!

Congratulations to Ali Youssef, April's Athlete of the Month. The Border City Cadet B boxer known as "Junior" has had an outstanding run in the last year.  He captured the Ringside World Championship in the summer and followed it up in 2005 with a Brampton Cup Gold medal and a repeat as Provincial Champion.  He more recently raised his record to 12-1 after winning gold at the Quebec Cup in March.  Keep up the good work junior!

Cadets and Senior Females Make Us Proud

Boxing Ontario would like to thank the Cadet Provincial Team and the Ontario Senior Females who shook up Argentina for all of their dedication and hard work.  The coaches were extremely pleased by all of the Cadet boxers who traveled to Prince George, B.C. and boxed their hearts out.  The ladies who boxed in Argentina (2 Gold) also did Ontario and Canada proud.  Results are on the website under Latest News.
